Shari Wagner talks about the spiritual aspects of writing poetry as she reads several poems and describes the process of writing them. Ms. Wagner is the poet laureate of Indiana, and is the author of two books of poetry: The Harmonist at Nightfall: Poems of Indiana and Evening Chore. She is also co-author of her father's medical memoirs, Making the Rounds and A Hundred Camels. She teaches poetry and memoir writing for the Indiana Writers Center and lives in Westfield, Indiana.
